Maintenance tutorial.
Professional reconditioning.
Even with the most diligent day-to-day maintenance, over the years, arena surface properties gradually change and sand gets moved around by horses’ feet. Having your arena professionally regraded and reconditioned periodically is a great way to keep your surface absolutely uniform and performing at its best.

FAQ
How far in advance should I start planning for a new arena?
On average we’re booked 6 months out. There is sometimes a possibility to work a project into our schedule on shorter notice, but for the best chance of meeting your ideal timeline, the further ahead you can plan the better.
How long should I expect the construction phase to last?
Am I required to be on site during construction?
You will need to be present at the initial walkthrough as well as several key milestones during the project, including the final walkthrough. We encourage an open dialogue throughout the installation. Following the completion of the arena, we find in-person attendance to our maintenance tutorial will best ensure you’re set up for success.
How does the Diamond W guarantee work?
A Diamond W Signature arena comes with a one-year-guarantee on all aspects of the construction and arena surface, provided that maintenance best practices are being followed and correct tools are being used.
Will the geotextile membrane come up over time?
In a Diamond W Signature Arena, the geotextile membrane is secured to the arena kickboards. As such, the arena’s base will not migrate up through the footing. Our signature design allows for 100% vertical drainage, which means there is zero slant to the arena surface. As a result, there is no lateral displacement of the footing materials whatsoever. In other arena designs, displacement can result in shallow spots in the arena, which, in turn, can expose the base membrane to damage.
