Detailed consultation and design that leaves nothing to chance.

Craftsmanship that exudes quality in every detail.

A team so professional you'll be sad to see them go.

Step 1.

Consultation and Design

Share your goals.

We’ll arrange a phone consult to learn about your vision and goals for your arena, budget and ideal timeframe. We will discuss the proposed arena site and request specific images and videos to get a better visual perspective of the location and surrounding ground.

Arena site review.

After receiving the images and video of the arena or proposed site, combined with the information from your consult, we will develop a realistic proposal that covers it all.

Get a straightforward proposal.

With Diamond W, there will be no surprises when it comes to your estimate. You’ll get all the information you need up front so you’ll know exactly what to expect for each phase of the project.

Step 2.

The build process

Meet your team.

Our team of experienced builders take great pride in moving projects from “before” to “after.” We’ll introduce you to your professional, clean, and friendly crew who will remain diligently on your job from start to finish.

Get regular updates.

We’ve brought riding arena transformations to life for hundreds of equestrians across the United States, so we know how important it is to be proactive about communication. We’ll keep you up-to-date on your project at every turn.

Watch your arena come to life.

We love to exceed your expectations with our expertly constructed and thoughtfully crafted equestrian arenas. And, we make it our personal mission to finish projects on-time and on-budget.

Step 3.

Keep your arena polished

Maintenance tutorial.

We’ll provide a hands-on maintenance tutorial using your equipment, to ensure that you are set up to keep your arena looking beautiful and performing at its best for years to come.

Professional reconditioning.

Even with the most diligent day-to-day maintenance, over the years, arena surface properties gradually change and sand gets moved around by horses’ feet. Having your arena professionally regraded and reconditioned periodically is a great way to extend the life of your surface as well as keeping it absolutely uniform and performing optimally.

FAQ

On average we’re booked 6 months out. There is sometimes a possibility to work a project into our schedule on shorter notice, but for the best chance of meeting your ideal timeline, the further ahead you can plan the better.

Typical builds take 2-3 weeks weather permitting.

You will need to be present at the initial walkthrough as well as several key milestones during the project, including the final walkthrough. We encourage an open dialogue throughout the installation. Following the completion of the arena, we find in-person attendance to our maintenance tutorial will best ensure you’re set up for success.

A Diamond W Signature arena comes with a one-year-guarantee on all aspects of the construction and arena surface, provided that maintenance best practices are being followed and correct tools are being used.

In a Diamond W Signature Arena, the geotextile membrane is secured to the arena kickboards. As such, the arena’s base will not migrate up through the footing. Our signature design allows for 100% vertical drainage, which means there is zero slant to the arena surface. As a result, there is no lateral displacement of the footing materials whatsoever. In other arena designs, displacement can result in shallow spots in the arena, which, in turn, can expose the base membrane to damage.

Moisture management and having the correct groomer are the two most important aspects of regular arena care. Diamond W provides a hands-on tutorial following the completion of your arena to ensure your equipment is set up correctly and to advise you on the best maintenance techniques.
This depends on several factors including the design of the arena base, traffic levels, the standard of regular maintenance performed, and local weather conditions. High traffic competition arenas might need regrading and conditioning twice per year, whereas a private arena may only require it once a year or less.
We always recommend picking up droppings to keep your training area and air quality clean. As manure ages and dries up, it breaks down and eventually turns into dust particles in the air.
A groomer designed for synthetic surfaces is a very worthwhile investment to get the most out of your arena and to prevent unnecessary wear and tear from an overly aggressive drag.
Absolutely! We would expect to be your first call if you have any questions or concerns regarding the health and performance of your Diamond W installed arena.
